Setting ladders, defining all divisions, enrolling players, matching doubles pairs and resolving any issues.

Divisions are defined based on players age and skills as well as if it is a singles, doubles or mixed doubles division. Within these parameters, tournament directors may create as many divisions as required. Once created, a division can be used in various tournaments or ladders.

Using the online computer and mobile systems, players:

- Challenge other players
- Accept challenges
- Communicate with their opponents without the need of a phone number or an email address
- Enter match results
- Have a constant and accurate view of their position in the ladder

Except for centralized management and control and the registration process, all ladder functions are processed using a tablet or a smartphone. Match results can be entered immediately after the match is over and while still on the court. Ladder positions are automatically updated and visible in the mobile device.
