The complete TennisDirector implementation including the training of Managers, Administrators and Coaches will not take more that 1 day. After that, the facility will be up and running although players will still call for reservations. Bring players to make their reservations online takes a little longer since it calls for changing people's habits. Depending on the online reservations incentives adopted by the facility, it will take between 1 and 3 months for the majority of the players to use the online reservation system.
Depending on the size and location of the facility, training will be conducted on location or over the Internet using Skype.
